Traditional Martial Arts, as it has been practiced over the last century, has always carried within it the principle of improving yourself. Practitioners dedicate themselves to winning over their own personal condition, whatever it may be, in order to achieve their best possible self physically, mentally, and spiritually. It is this principle that we at Alpha Omega Martial Arts seek to share with as many people as possible as we Bring Health and Wellness to our Community through Traditional Martial Arts. We seek to promote a strong sense of community and leave behind a strong root and good seeds for the generations to follow.
As Instructors, and students ourselves, we at Alpha Omega Martial Arts are deeply committed to building a strong and vibrant community. Through the practice of martial arts, we seek to empower women of all ages with our Women's Self-Defense Seminars. We believe in building confidence, discipline, determination, and self-awareness in children through our Safety Seminars and children's programs. We promote Senior Health and Wellness by improving mobility through our gentle Tai Chi Programs. We proudly work with the Neurodiverse community on using movement to support mental health. We offer those experiencing stress or anxiety time tested Traditional martial arts movement and meditation to help find a deep inner calm with our Stress Relief Seminars.
The incredible benefits that are possible from Traditional Martial Arts movements help, not only those who may feel unsafe in a tumultuous world and need self-defense techniques, but also those who struggle with mental health issues or physical limitations. Through Traditional Martial Arts we can all come a little closer to reaching the ultimate goal of Grandmaster Michael Rowe of seeing each individual improve their physical and mental condition to reach their highest potential.
